Delivery, assembly, commencement of operation of a complete cement production

plant with a capacity of 1,2 Mio. to per year.

The Plant is projected and manufactured from one of the largest and leading German cement

plant manufacturers. All parts and equipment completely new, already packed and

ready for immediate shipment, stowed in several container boxes.

Design and layout of the plant is for production of Portland Cement, Type *2.5

R/N. The dry process is very well known and can be inspected and controlled in

many production plants erected by this manufacturer.

Scope of Delivery:

1. Complete cement production plant, already packed and ready for shipment

2. Full project documentation and description of system, process, plans and

   technical data incl. construction description in English language

3. CIF Indonesia harbour.

4. Montage, assembling, setting up of the delivered plant and equipment (necessary construction work have to be done/organized by the buyer)

5. Commencement of operation of the complete plant;

6. Instruction, briefing, guidance, schooling and training of operation personnel;

7. Two years full warranty, extended warranty available by extra agreement!

8. Not included: Tax and duties in the country of destination, delivery from port

of destination to final site/location of erection, civil work on site, storage charges and domestic fees, infrastructure.

Pricing:                      net; for Germany additional *9% VAT.

Delivery:                    free Indonesia, containerized;

Delivery time:            instantaneously after reservation;

Payment:                   before loading,

Warranty:                  2 years

Reservation of title:   until receiving the entire payment. Extended reservation of title is valid.

Further explanation:

The available cement plant has been designed for continuous production of Portland cement according R/N type of *2.5.

This plant was sold to a customer already, but has been stopped because of missing payment.

The pre-customer has already paid a deposit, so the price has been reduced to **5 Mio€.

This offer is a very good opportunity to safe almost the half of the ordinary pricing of such kind of plant.

The supplier will send a team for supervising to the real purchaser for very fair conditions.
